Another Bend microgrant project complete! A bird bath, surrounded by bird friendly plants – a great addition, particularly in this heat.

Another Bend microgrant project in progress. This area is going to be home to a community dinosaur garden, bird bath, bug hotel, native plants and herbs and veggies! We can’t wait to see the finished product.

So chuffed to see mural on St Brigid’s Bar coming up! The Bend’s projects team supported this lovely new piece of art that is going to brighten up our neighbourhood.

Thanks!! to everyone who helped Paint the Poles! We filled all four shifts and managed to get all 69 poles done with just 30 minutes to spare! We’ll be finishing off the icons (stencils) over the next few weeks – a playful way of wayfinding all the great businesses and features of The Bend.
