Painting the Power Poles
Thanks!! to everyone who helped Paint the Poles! We filled all four shifts and managed to get all 69 poles done with just 30 minutes to spare! We’ll be finishing off the icons (stencils) over the next few weeks – a playful way of wayfinding all the great businesses and features of The Bend.

Problem: Scarborough Beach Road’s beautiful double-views of City and Ocean are blighted by power lines…
Solution: We’re gonna paint them in the bright colours of our area!
This is a first in WA and set to become a unique and defining feature. We’ve done the planning and set the weekend of 2 and 3 November 2019 for the BIG PAINT!
